The terrestrial digital television network built in Sichuan Province has enabled more than 80 million people to watch over 60 sets of programs for free, solving the difficulties of watching television in 55 minority nationalities like Yi, Tibetans, Qiangs, Tujia, Lisu, Manchu, Naxi and Buyi People, and programs broadcast in minority democratic languages have greatly enriched the local cultural life.
